Alpheratz — or “Andromeda’s Head” it is of the nature of Jupiter and Venus. It gives independence, freedom, love, riches, honor, and a keen intellect. It is a magnitude-2 star located at 13° Aries 46`. It falls 1° 27` past the Midheaven (MC).

Procyon — located on the body of Canis Minoris, the lesser dog, it is of the nature of Mercury/Mars. It gives activity, violence, sudden and violent malevolence, sudden preferment by exertion, elevation ending in disaster, danger of dog bites and hydrophobia, it makes its natives petulant, saucy, giddy, weak natured, timid, unfortunate, proud, easily angered, careless and violent.

When Rising — artful, crafty, dissembling, wealth by violence and rapine, lust, dissipation, waste and ruin, military preferment, quarrels, loss in trade or by servants. A magnitude-1 star at 25° Cancer 15` it falls 3° 20` before the ascendant degree.

Zuben Elgenubi (South Scale) — located in the southern scale of the constellation Libra. Called the “Insufficient Price”, it is of the nature of Saturn/Mars. It causes malevolence, obstruction, and unforgiving character, violence, disease, lying, crime, disgrace, and danger of poison.

With Moon — trouble through opposite sex, wrongful accusations, disgrace, ruin, mental anxiety, loss of relatives, many disappointments, much sickness, disease in those parts of the body ruled by the sign. A magnitude-3 star located at 14° Scorpio 33`, it falls 52` of arc before the natal Moon. Due to the precesion movement of the Earth, Zuben Elgenubi is now at the exact natal Moon position of 15° Scorpio 25`.

Deneb Algedi — located in the Sea-Goat’s tail in the constellation Capricornus. It is symbolically called the Judicial Point of the Goat and of the influence of Saturn/Jupiter. It is said to cause beneficence and destructiveness, sorrow and happiness, and life and death.

With Jupiter — disappointment in secret wishes, false friends, loss through the law, church and relatives. A magnitude-3 star at 23° Aquarius, it is located 34` of arc before the natal Jupiter.

Deneb Adige — located in the tail of the Swan in the constellation Cygnus. it is of the nature of Venus/Mercury. It gives an ingenious nature and a clever intellect that is quick at learning. With the Sun and Mars above the Earth, and the Moon at the same time with Procyon, death by the bite of a mad dog. A magnitude-1 star at 4° Pisces 47`, it is 1° 58` before the natal Sun.

Achernar — located at the mouth of the river in the constellation Eridanus and of the influence of Jupiter. It is symbolized by the Cherub and the Sword; it gives success in public office, beneficence, and religion. A magnitude-1 star, at 14° Pisces 45`, it is 45` past the natal Venus.
